- All our products are 100 % genuine, handmade/ handwoven by the artisans of India.
- Since the products are handmade, it is likely that some of the measurements may vary( very minimally) from one piece to another. However, all the products are created and made to align with the beauty and benefits it has to offer.
- In case the goods are absolutely damaged, a possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange, or Refund.
In case you have received items in "Damaged"/ "Defective" condition, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
- Please report us of the damaged/defective items within 24 hrs of receipt of the item via email: email@example.com
- Returns are covered by 14 days replacement guarantee.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of the stock. If the item is out of stock you will receive a full refund.
- You can request a replacement item based on the stock available at that point of time, for sale.
Return of Goods - Procedure
- Please contact us either on the phone or through email and provide the Order id details.
- Please ensure that the product return is initiated within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the item
- Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing, and invoices along with the product.
- We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost
- Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
- Made-to-order/custom products cannot be replaced or returned.
